What actually happens when you book an installation
No vague promises. Here is the real sequence, the documents you need and the time each step takes in Electronic City.
Enquiry & feasibility (0–30 minutes)
You share name, mobile and locality. We check whether fiber already terminates in your building or street, and confirm the plan price for your billing cycle.
KYC & booking (10 minutes)
One government photo ID of the account holder. The order is raised against your installation address and you choose a convenient slot.
Technician visit (60–90 minutes)
Cable pulled from the nearest distribution point, ONT mounted, router configured, Wi-Fi name and password set, speed tested with you present.
Activation & handover
Connection goes live on the spot in most cases. We stay reachable on the same number for any follow-up, plan change or fault.
Documents required
- Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID of the account holder
- A working mobile number for OTP verification
- For business connections: GST certificate and company ID of the signatory
What you pay upfront
On annual and six-month billing cycles, installation and the Wi-Fi router are typically included. On monthly cycles a one-time installation charge may apply. Whatever applies to your case is stated on the call before you confirm — there are no charges added afterwards.
