Question 1

How fast can I get a broadband connection in Electronic City?

Accepted Answer

In most of Phase 1, Phase 2, Neeladri Nagar and Konappana Agrahara the fiber is already in the building, so installation is usually completed the same day when the request is placed before 4 PM. Outer pockets like Chandapura and Bommasandra typically take 24–48 hours after feasibility is confirmed.

Question 2

What documents are required for a new connection?

Accepted Answer

One government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) of the person in whose name the connection is booked. Address proof is not mandatory when the ID address differs — the installation address is captured during KYC.

Question 3

Is installation free?

Accepted Answer

Installation and the Wi-Fi router are provided at no upfront cost on most annual and six-month plans. On shorter billing cycles a one-time installation charge may apply, and we confirm the exact amount on the call before you commit.

Question 4

Do you cover apartments and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most gated communities in and around Electronic City already have in-building fiber. Share your apartment name on WhatsApp and we will confirm riser availability before a technician is assigned.

Question 5

Can I get a static IP or a business connection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Static IP, business broadband and leased-line options are available for offices, startups and retail outlets in Electronic City, Bommasandra and the surrounding industrial belt. Requirements are scoped on a call.

Question 6

What speeds are realistic for work from home and gaming?

Accepted Answer

100 Mbps comfortably handles video calls, cloud IDEs and 4K streaming for a family. Gamers and streamers on multiple devices are better served by 200–300 Mbps, mainly for the headroom during peak evening hours.
